The Morgan Plyo Boxes Set of 3 (are 12", 18", 24") made from high-density foam and covered with hard-wearing non-skid vinyl. The foam absorbs some of the impacts when landing as it cushions and minimises the stress the feet, ankles, knees and hips experience during plyometrics and jump training. So if you want to develop power and reactive strength or like most Cross-fitters simply want to overload the cardiorespiratory system with multiple jumps, then thee plyo box set of 3 is the best for you. And if you miss your jump, falling into a soft plyo box is better than into a harder platform. Our Plyo Boxes Set comes as a singular package but can be used separately.
