This large Morgan Parallette rack is a piece of versatile training equipment that allows its user to perform a number of bodyweight exercises providing great results in strength training. It comprises two parallel dipping bars that weigh around 4kg and can accommodate up to 150kg user weight. The Morgan Parallette bars feature large grips to prevent slippages and enhance comfort during intense workouts which make working out easy and comfortable.
It allows you to do full bodyweight and assisted dips, push-ups, vertical rows or pull-ups, agility, core work, split squats, leg raise and so much more. Bodyweight is used as resistance while training different muscle groups, so you’re always in complete control of the intensity of the workout. It is portable and simple workout equipment for exercising the whole body.
