SHIPPING POLICY
Orders dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days in metro areas and 3–7 business days in regional Australia. All orders are shipped with tracked, reliable Australian carriers.
ORDER PROCESSING AND DISPATCH
We generally dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
All shipments include tracking details sent to your email once your order is dispatched. You can track your order at any time using the tracking link provided.
We charge one flat delivery rate with no extra fees for residential addresses. Whether you receive deliveries at home or run your business from your residence, your shipping cost remains the same.
SHIPPING SERVICES
Road Express
Road Express uses multiple freight partners to deliver your order from our warehouse to your location. This service covers small parcels, large items, pallet orders, and even tailgate deliveries at no extra cost. All Road Express shipments include tracking numbers.
eParcel Express
For urgent orders weighing 0-5kg, we offer Australia Post's eParcel Express service. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (AEST) are eligible for same-day dispatch. Tracking and signature on delivery are required for this service.
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
Delivery estimates are provided by our courier partners and may vary depending on your location and external factors such as weather, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Deliveries occur Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, excluding public holidays. Couriers cannot guarantee exact hour-specific delivery slots and are unable to make courtesy calls before delivery due to operational and OH&S restrictions.

If your delivery has not arrived within 3 business days beyond the above estimate, please contact us with your order number and consignment details.
SHIPPING COST CALCULATION
Shipping costs are calculated based on:
- Total weight of your order
- Carton size and cubic dimensions
- Delivery location
You can view shipping charges on the product page, in your shopping cart, or during checkout before completing your purchase.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing:
- Your tracking link
- Consignment number
- Estimated delivery date
Please note that tracking information may take up to 12 hours to become active in the courier's system after dispatch.
DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS
Signature Requirements
If no one is available at the delivery address, your order will default to Authority to Leave (ATL). This allows the courier to leave your parcel in a safe location at your address.
If you are home when delivery is attempted, the courier may request a signature. Always inspect your package before signing. Signing the delivery docket confirms that you received the package in good condition.
PO Box Deliveries
We cannot ship to PO boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
If you select ATL or leave no specific delivery instructions, your parcel may be delivered without a signature and left in a safe location.
IMPORTANT: YEEHAA BOX and our freight partners are not responsible for lost or damaged goods when ATL is selected. If you do not want ATL, you must contact the courier directly to arrange depot collection.
If No One Is Home - If delivery requires a signature and no one is present, and the location is not deemed safe for ATL, the courier may:
- Leave a card with collection instructions
- Return the shipment to their depot
You may be charged a re-delivery fee for subsequent delivery attempts. Please check with the courier for their specific policies.
NON-STANDARD DELIVERIES
Front Entrance Delivery
Courier drivers deliver to the front door or a ground-floor entrance only. They are not obligated to enter homes, buildings, or carry items beyond the delivery threshold.
Non-Ground Floor Deliveries
Due to OH&S regulations, deliveries above ground level (including stairs, lifts, or basements) are not guaranteed and remain at the driver's discretion. If you require assistance with delivery to a non-ground floor location, please contact us before placing your order.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Late Deliveries
We aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframes. However, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (weather, courier capacity, remote locations, etc.).
For updates on delayed orders, please contact the courier directly using your tracking number. If the issue cannot be resolved, contact us at hello@yeehaabox.com with your order number.
Damaged in Transit - If your order arrives damaged:
- Note the damage on the delivery docket before signing (if possible)
- Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and items
- Email us at support@yeehaabox.com with:
- Your order number
- Your name and delivery address
- Photos of the damage
- Description of the issue
We will arrange for repair, replacement parts, or a full replacement as appropriate under Australian Consumer Law.
Packaging Damage
If the packaging is heavily damaged on arrival:
- Note the damage on the delivery slip
- Cross out "delivered in good condition" if applicable
- Take photos before opening
- Contact us immediately with photos and details
Short Deliveries - Always check if the number of cartons/items received matches your order before signing. If cartons are missing:
- Note it on the delivery slip
- Ask the driver to confirm
- Contact us within 2 business days with details
Missing items reported after this timeframe may be difficult to resolve.
Lost in Transit - An item is considered lost in transit only if it cannot be located 25 business days after dispatch. Refunds or replacements are processed only once the item is formally declared lost by the courier.

Occasionally, products may become unavailable after you place your order. If this occurs, we will:

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping to New Zealand
We do ship to New Zealand using multiple freight options depending on order size. Please note:
