Order Processing and Delivery Schedule

Once you place an order on our website, our team will begin processing it as soon as possible.

Order Handling Time

Order Handling Time: 1–2 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within this timeframe, excluding public holidays.


Standard & Express Shipping Transit Time

Standard Shipping (Road Express)

Typical delivery timeframes depend on your location:

  • Metro areas: 2–5 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

  • Regional areas: 3–7 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

Road Express shipments are delivered using multiple trusted Australian freight partners and include full tracking.

Express Shipping (Australia Post eParcel Express)

For urgent orders weighing 0–5kg, we offer Australia Post eParcel Express.

Transit Time: 1–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (AEST) may qualify for same-day dispatch.

All express shipments include tracking and signature on delivery.


Total Shipping Time (Handling Time + Transit Time)

Standard Shipping: 3–9 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
Express Shipping: 2–5 Business Days (Monday–Friday)

Please note these timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier capacity, weather, or public holidays.


Order Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 1:00 PM (AEST) may qualify for same-day dispatch for eligible items.

Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.


Order Confirmation

After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming your order number and purchase details.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

  • Your tracking number

  • A tracking link

  • Estimated delivery information

Tracking information may take up to 12 hours to become active in the courier's system.


Shipping Carrier

We partner with trusted Australian freight carriers and Australia Post to ensure safe, tracked, and reliable delivery.

For large or bulk orders, palletized shipments may be delivered using commercial freight services to ensure safe handling and competitive shipping rates.


Shipping Locations

We ship Australia-wide.

We also ship internationally, including New Zealand, subject to product size and shipping limitations.

For international orders:

  • Delivery times vary by destination

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer

Items over 20kg may not be eligible for international shipping.

For international shipping quotes, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated based on:

  • Total weight of your order

  • Carton size and cubic dimensions

  • Delivery location

You can view shipping costs on the product page, in your shopping cart, or during checkout before completing your purchase.

We charge one flat delivery rate for residential addresses, with no additional fees for home businesses or residential deliveries.


Tracking

After dispatch, a tracking number will be sent to your email.

Tracking allows you to monitor your shipment and receive updates on its delivery progress.

Tracking details typically become active within 12 hours after dispatch.


Delivery Requirements

Signature Requirements

Some deliveries may require a signature upon delivery. If you are present, please inspect the package before signing.

Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the package was received in good condition.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

If no one is available at the delivery address, the shipment may default to Authority to Leave (ATL), allowing the courier to leave the parcel in a safe location.

If ATL is selected, YEEHAA BOX PTY LTD and our freight partners are not responsible for lost or damaged goods left at the address.

If you prefer not to use ATL, you may contact the courier directly to arrange depot collection.

PO Box Deliveries

We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or commercial street address at checkout.


Lost Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located:

  1. Verify the shipping address used at checkout

  2. Check all possible delivery locations at your address

  3. Ask neighbours or household members if they accepted the package

  4. Contact the courier using your tracking number

If the courier officially declares the shipment lost in transit, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

A shipment is considered lost in transit if it cannot be located within 25 business days after dispatch.


Delivery Issues

Delays

While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier operational delays

  • Public holidays

  • Remote delivery locations

If your delivery has not arrived within 3 business days beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us with your order details.


Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the packaging and product

  2. Note the damage on the delivery receipt if possible

  3. Contact us immediately with:

  • Your order number

  • Your delivery address

  • Photos of the damage

  • Description of the issue

We will arrange repair, replacement parts, or a replacement product in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Product Availability

Occasionally, products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this occurs, we will:

  • Contact you within 1–2 business days

  • Offer alternative products if available

  • Provide a full refund if no suitable alternative is available
